This October half-term, Aerospace Bristol will welcome back several flying friends. Guests can look forward to a range of activities, including captivating owl displays, model flying demonstrations, and a unique fashion exhibition.
Meet Loki the Owl and Friends
Saturday, 26th October – Monday, 28th October
Loki the Owl and his feathered friends, Billy and Midnight, will take over the museum’s Concorde Hangar Studio during their visit. Soaring from post to post, Loki will help teach guests more about how owls fly, and they will also have the chance to take a photograph with him.
Model Flying Demonstrations
Wednesday, 30th October & Thursday, 31st October
The Beaufort Model Flying Club, a branch of the British Model Flying Association, will showcase an impressive array of model aircraft, from helicopters to the iconic Concorde.
The Fashion of Flight
Thursday, 17th October – Sunday, 17th November
This unique exhibition highlights the evolution of cabin crew roles over the years. Guests will be able to explore eight decades of British Airways cabin crew uniforms from the paper dress to modern-day designs.
With so much to see and do, attendees can make the most of their time at Aerospace Bristol, as tickets provide free return visits for a year, including family activities every school holiday.
