Get creative with Art-A-Tank, The Tank Museum’s art-inspired activities taking place this half term.

Inspired by the Museum’s new ‘How to Draw a Tank’ exhibit and colouring book, there is packed programme for kids to unleash their creativity, including making their own paper tanks and learning how to draw a tank from the book’s author.

This October’s activities include teaching children about history in an interactive way, learning about camouflage by designing their own and getting inside a real Chieftain tank.

“As Dorset’s number one visitor attraction on TripAdvisor, we are delighted to offer an incredible experience for families to get hands-on with history,” said Visitor Experience General Manager Rosanna Dean.

“We can’t wait to see what our visitors create this half term with our art and craft inspired activities.”

Follow the new Art-A-Tank Museum trail to explore the interactive exhibitions and discover the 300 armoured vehicles within Dorset’s largest indoor attraction.

Children can let off steam in the new tank themed outdoor play area and in the soft play.

Tickets include an annual pass and visitors save 10% by booking online!
